Our Mission
Wolfe for Judge is supporting Family Court Judge Adam B. Wolfe to become our next Mercer County Circuit Court Judge. Judge Wolfe prosecuted crimes committed against children while also prosecuting child abuse and neglect civil cases. Judge Wolfe also brought and defended cases to keep out-of-state corporations from illegally taking family homes and farms from West Virginians.
Judge Wolfe tried over 15 serious felony criminal cases in circuit court and all those cases were affirmed by the West Virginia Supreme Court. Wolfe has served on the bench since September of 2024 when he was appointed by former Governor Jim Justice after winning the election that year. The experience and skill that our next circuit court Judge has will have a lasting impact on the children and families in our community.
